Blogilicious Pvt. Ltd. is the data controller for all personal information collected through this website. We are a company registered in India, registration number U74120TN2016PTC104689, with our registered office at Chennai, India.

2. What we collect
We collect only what we need, and we do not buy personal data from third parties.
- Enquiry form. When you contact us through the website we collect your name, organisation, country or market, work email address, and whatever you choose to write in the message field.
- If you request a report or other document, we collect your name, work email address, organisation and country.
- If you email us or we exchange messages, we retain that correspondence and any contact details it contains.
- Creator submissions. If you are a content creator and send us a media kit or portfolio, we retain the information you send, including any audience data and rates you include.
- Website usage. We collect standard analytics information: pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referring website, and time spent on the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you individually.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18, and we do not collect special category or sensitive personal data through this website.
3. Why we collect it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask us about. Lawful basis: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
- To send you a document you have requested. Lawful basis: consent.
- To send you occasional updates about our work, where you have asked to receive them. Lawful basis: consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, or by emailing us.
- To consider creators for campaign work. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, being the operation of a creator network that both parties benefit from.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or consent where cookies require it.
- To comply with our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies. Some are necessary for the website to function. Others help us understand how the site is used, and these are set only if you agree via the cookie banner.
Analytics on this site are provided by Google.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We share limited information with service providers who help us run our business, and only so far as they need it to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a regulator, or by a court of competent jurisdiction.
6. Where your information is held
We are based in India, and information you provide is processed there.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become business: 24 months from last contact.
- Client records: for the duration of the engagement and for 48 months afterwards, or longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
- Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe.
- Creator submissions: 48 months, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
- Analytics data: 36 months.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have rights over the information we hold about you. These generally include the right to:
- ask what information we hold and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- ask us to delete information we no longer have a good reason to keep;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation;
- withdraw consent at any time, where consent is what we rely on;
- nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, if you are in India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will try to put it right.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website, access controls, and limiting access to those in our team who need it. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a significant change, we will say so clearly on this page.
12. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, India.
