Nobody here has a junior doing their job.

Seven people, deliberately. You meet the team in the pitch, and the same team runs the work.

Most agencies scale by adding layers.

We’d rather stay small enough that the person who understood your brief in March is the person still holding it in November — and senior enough that nobody needs permission to make a decision while your campaign is live.

Founder & Managing Director

  • ITC
  • Diesel India
  • Mahindra Holidays
  • 25 years

Twenty-five years in marketing, most of it on the client side before he was ever an agency. He built ITC’s consumer goods business across the Middle East, South East Asia, the US and Europe, ran Diesel SpA in India, and headed global marketing at Mahindra Holidays — where he launched an entirely new category of travel product in two countries and grew it past $4M.

In 2010 he ran India’s first influencer marketing campaign, when travel blogging barely existed as a word.

He has carried a P&L, which means he knows exactly what your board is going to ask you.

Director · Influencer Partnerships

  • Network since 2016
  • Hospitality BD
  • Five languages

She’s the reason we say we don’t run a search, we make a call. Muneera has built and held our global creator network since 2016, after a decade of business development across hospitality — and the relationships are hers personally, not entries in a database. She works in five languages, which matters more in creator negotiations than anyone expects.

Front and back end, from WordPress to Angular, across ecommerce, CMS, CRM and ERP builds in banking, healthcare, telecom and retail before travel.

He builds sites your team can actually run — the test being whether you can update a page without emailing anyone.

Video & Content

  • Google
  • Edelman
  • Ten LatAm markets

An award-winning TV host and filmmaker, and one of the leading names in UK travel. She built her reputation presenting Off The Grid, Backpack and Quest for Travelxp, then went on to host travel shows for Discovery+ and SKY and make video for National Geographic, Wanderlust and Hurtigruten. As director, producer and videographer she has filmed in the places most crews do not go — Kashmir, El Salvador, Sierra Leone. Her series So You Think You Know? took Broadcast Programme of the Year at both the BGTW Awards in 2025 and the Trav Media Awards in 2024. Half a million followers, twelve million YouTube views, and a camera she points herself — which means broadcast-quality film from a crew of one.

When we tell a client how a campaign will land with creators, she's usually the one who knows — because she has been on the receiving end of the brief.

Words & Editorial

  • BBC Travel
  • The Telegraph
  • Lonely Planet
  • United Nations

A published travel writer before she was ever a content producer — her work has run in BBC Travel, The Telegraph and Lonely Planet, and she has edited for the United Nations since 2022. She holds a Master’s in Creative Writing with distinction, runs her own travel publication, and writes in Italian and English with fluent Spanish. She writes the articles, site copy and campaign narratives that carry your destination’s name, which means they read like something an editor commissioned rather than something a keyword quota demanded.
