Campaigns end. Loops compound.

Five steps, run in sequence, measured throughout. The fifth is what makes every campaign start further ahead than the last.

Most travel marketing is built as a funnel — pour attention in the top, hope something comes out the bottom, start again next quarter from zero.

It's a wasteful way to work, because nothing you learn survives the campaign that taught it to you. We run a loop instead.

The funnel

Starts at zero every quarter. What you learn leaks out with everything else.

The loop

Five steps that hand off to each other, and a fifth that hands back to the first.

Step one

01Create

Every campaign starts with the number it’s meant to move — arrivals, spend, a shoulder season nobody books — and the brief gets built backwards from there.

Then we choose creators against that objective, not against follower counts. The biggest audience and the right audience are rarely the same account, and the gap between them is where budgets quietly disappear.

Step two

02Amplify

A creator’s own audience is the beginning, not the ceiling. We push the work further through paid social, your channels, and partner distribution — so the content keeps earning long after the post drops off the feed.

Step three
Where campaigns leak

03Capture

Here’s where most campaigns leak. Good creator content sends people searching, and if your site isn’t what they find, you’ve just bought awareness for somebody else. This step makes sure the search, the page and the answer all belong to you.

Step four

04Convert

Paid media, aimed only at people already warmed up by the first three steps. Warm audiences cost a fraction of cold ones and convert at a multiple — which is why we spend so much effort making sure they exist before we spend anything on reaching them.

Step five

05Learn

Not a report that lands three weeks after the campaign closes and gets filed. Live numbers, watched closely enough to shift budget mid-flight when one creator is clearly outperforming another.

Then everything we learned becomes the starting position for the next round, instead of a lesson you get to pay for twice.

And step five hands back to step one. That is the whole idea.

What you'll actually see.

Weekly numbers

In plain language, while there is still time to act on them.

Mid-flight changes

A campaign that changes shape while it's running, because the data said so.

A decision document

A closing report on what worked, what didn't and what we'd do differently — rather than a trophy cabinet of impressions.

Engaging storytelling, and keeping track of who's listening. Plenty of agencies do one well.

And if you only want one piece of it?

Fine. Plenty of clients start with a single campaign, or just the SEO, or a training day.

The loop still runs — it’s how we think, not a minimum order. It simply works better with more of it switched on.
